Top Ten Tuesday: Favorite Bookish Websites


Happy Tuesday everyone!  Welcome to the first Top Ten Tuesday now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.  This week's topic is Favorite Book Blogs/ Bookish Websites.  I've shared some of my favorite books blogs before, so today I'm sharing some of my favorite bookish websites.  Here we go, in alphabetical order:

  1. LOVE Epic Reads. They're AMAZING and as their name suggests, they're EPIC!! Plus, the cover reveal posts they put together? Always a "scary" post for a bookworom to browse. ;)

  2. Epic Reads and Book Riot are both fun. I need to check both out more. And Project Gutenberg is a good one- I've used that a few times to read public domain books!

  4. I forgot about Project Gutenberg! I volunteered for them a little bit a few years ago. I like how anybody can contribute as a volunteer if they want to help digitize books!

  14. Such great resources! Especially the Hub and Epic Reads. And I'm obsessed with Libby & literally use it every single day. I just created a NetGalley account but haven't really used it much. Hopefully I'll start requesting & reviewing on there soon. Happy reading!

  18. I like Bustle too and Project Gutenberg is great for classics, another free classics site I use is Adelaide Uni Library

  20. Overdrive if FANTASTIC... it's how I listen to most of the audiobooks I do, it's great to be able to borrow them (and also to be able to control how fast the audio is...)

  22. I was never a fan of the Epic Reads newsletter, but maybe I should check out the site more, since they've made a few of these lists. I haven't been on Project Gutenberg in a while; you reminded me, I used to be on it all the time!

  24. Overdrive/Libby, definitely an excellent resource. It tends to be a lot easier to not forget to return your library books, oops, and saves you from fines.
