Top Ten Tuesday: Favorite Books Beginning With The Letter R

Happy Tuesday everyone!  Welcome to Top Ten Tuesday which is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.  This week's topic is Literary/Bookish Candles I’d Make (Pick a book and assign it a fragrance or fragrance combo that would make a nice candle) (Submitted by Heather @ The Frozen Library), but I've decided to continue that series I've been working on with Favorite Books Beginning With The Letter R.  I had quite a few to pick from for books beginning with this letter. Without further ado, here we go in alphabetical order by title:

The Raven Boys (The Raven Cycle #1) by Maggie Stiefvater

Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier

The Red Palace by June Hur

Red Seas Under Red Skies (Gentleman Bastard #2) by Scott Lynch

The Reformatory by Tananarive Due

Reticence (The Custard Protocol #4) by Gail Carriger

The Return of the King (The Lord of the Rings #3) by J.R.R. Tolkien

Revisionary (Magic Ex Libris #4) by Jim C. Hines

Romantic Outlaws: The Extraordinary Lives of Mary Wollstonecraft and Her Daughter Mary Shelley by Charlotte Gordon

Royal Assassin (The Farseer Trilogy #2) by Robin Hobb

What are some of your favorite books beginning with the letter R?  As always, thanks for visiting my blog and perhaps even commenting down below!

  1. Just this morning I was reading a review from the girls at PagesUnbound who tried a graphic novel version of The Raven Boys. It's not a book I know, but then I spotted it on your post!

  4. You know? I don't think I actually read that fourth Custard Protocol book... Maybe I need to do a reread.

  5. REBECCA is the only book I've read from this list. Everyone else seems to love it, but it was a pretty meh read for me.

    Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!

  8. Rebecca seems like a great autumn read and despite once owning a book by Gail, I never did read any of them! Anytime I see an author on a list I once owned books by, I'm reminded how many I've never read. Thanks so much for visiting my list this week.
