ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting, Greg! :)
DeleteGreat names Lauren! Atticus made my list this week too. Aslan is a fantastic choice.
ReplyDeleteEspecially since my cat seems to think he's a lion anyway! :)
DeleteI love Puck, Arwen, and Luna! Those would be fun kitty names.
ReplyDeleteMy Top Ten
Exactly! Thanks for sharing!
DeleteI actually had an employee at the last library I worked at who had a grandson named Atticus. I love the idea of a cat named Gatsby. That's cool. Great list!
ReplyDeleteCool! Gatsby just sounds perfect for a sophisticated cat! :)
DeleteGreat names!! I love Puck, Loki and Kell!!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteLoki is so cuuuuute *.*
ReplyDeleteWhen I saw "Aslan" I read "Asian" and I was like "she wants to name her cat Asian ?" Lol
Lol! Loki definitely fits for a cat I think! :)
DeleteLuna and Loki would make great pet names! :)
ReplyDeleteMy Top Ten Tuesday!
Definitely! Thanks for sharing!
DeleteThese are great names for a cat. What is 'Lying Cat' from?
ReplyDeleteI can picture a tiny kitten, one of those Munchkin cats, named Aslan. That'd be fantastic.

Thanks! Lying Cat is The Will's sidekick from Saga - interestingly is one of my favorites from the series! :)
DeleteThese are good ones!! What is lying cat from?
ReplyDeleteThanks! Lying Cat is from Saga - one of the best sidekicks ever!
DeleteI really love the name Atticus. I could see myself naming a kid that, but I think the expectations for said kid would go through the roof. I've always love Arwen's name. Great list!
ReplyDeleteSo much attached to that name to give it to a kid for sure! :)
DeleteThanks, Alicia!
Ahh such a great list, I love these names! If I ever get more cats I'd love to name them Loki and Luna - they sound so cute together! :)
ReplyDeleteEnchanted by YA
I should go ahead and get some more pets just so I can name them! :)
DeleteThese do seem like they'd make really great cat names! Especially Puck, that would just kind of be the perfect name for a cat, wouldn't it? And of course Lying Cat lol because Lying Cat is just a great character!
ReplyDeleteOh, yeah! :D
DeleteWhat's Lying Cat from?! Haha. I LOVE the idea of Gatsby for a cat name!
ReplyDeleteLying Cat is The Will's sidekick from Saga - and probably one of my favorites from it! :)
DeleteYes to Kell! Imagine being able to say "Snuggling with Kell" on a status feed and refer it to you and your cat. Oh gosh...I am so doing this in the foreseeable future...
ReplyDeleteAnd haha, Lying Cat! That would definitely be a great conversation starter.
Haha! That's true! :D
DeleteOh, it really would!
Kell's a great cat name!

DeleteWhat a great list!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Yvonne!
DeleteMy favourites from your list are Aslan and Poirot, cute and different. Great list!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting, Michelle!
DeleteI wish I had been a part of this when I worked for the SPCA, I was always trying to think of names for the litters of kittens each year. Gatsby and Atticus would have been perfect
ReplyDeleteThat would be an awesome job - naming the animals. :)
DeleteOoh, good choices! I would love to name a cat almost any of these. Except maybe Loki. I'm pretty sure that would be inviting disaster of the mischievous feline variety.
ReplyDeleteYeah, it probably would be! ;D
DeleteMy dog's name is Atticus! I attest to it being a brilliant pet name! Except he's really not clever like Atticus Finch ahhaha...but I blame this on because he ran into a wall when he was a puppy and probably lost his brains. -_- (Just kidding, he's an adorable ratbag. <3) Also Gatsby is a great name! Although if I ever had a cat I'd call it Catsby because PUNNY.
ReplyDeleteHaha! That's a good name for a dog, either way! :) I was so close to naming Finn Gatsby - but I'd probably call him Catsby for the same reason! :D
DeleteI like all of these! :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog!
DeleteArwen is definitely a good name! And Aslan, just to imagine the cat as a majestic lion and dress him in a lion once in a while :)
ReplyDeleteIf I ever tried to dress up my cat, he'd probably murder me...! ;D
DeletePuck made my list too ^_^ And always loved Gatsy as a pet name!
ReplyDeleteOh, yeah! :)
DeleteAtticus! I have seen that one a few blogs and I feel like a dum-dum for leaving it off of mine. But to be fair to myself, I was moreso thinking of girl names, as that was my focus when I was pregnant with my daughter. Love Gatsby too. Awesome list!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, Sarah!
DeleteI have Loki in my list as well :D
ReplyDeleteLuna is one of my favourite name for cats!
Good thinking! :)
DeleteWhat a great list1 I can't pick a favorite.
ReplyDeleteIt was so difficult to narrow it down!
DeleteI used to have a hamster named Arwen! XD Great list!
