Happy Tuesday everyone! For today's Top Ten Tuesday hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl, in honor of SciFi Month, a month long celebration of all things sci-fi hosted by Lisa @ Dear Geek Place, Imyril @ There's Always Room For One More, Annemieke @ A Dance With Books, and Mayri @ Book Forager. (Image credit: Artwork by Sxwx) The theme today is a Thanksgiving Freebie, but I've decided to feature Upcoming Sci-Fi Releases I'm Looking Forward To. Without further ado, here we go in release date order:
Among Serpents (Above the Black #2) by Marc J. Gregson - 1/17/25 - Book one in this series was amazing and I can't wait for this sequel!
The Fourth Consort by Edward Ashton - 2/25/25 - After Mickey7, I'd like to try this upcoming standalone.
The Martian Contingency (Lady Astronaut Universe #4) by Mary Robinette Kowal - 3/18/25 - This alternate history series has been really cool and I'm looking forward to more.
Murder by Memory by Olivia Waite - 3/18/25 - Cozy mysteries aren't always my go to, but a cozy mystery set in space sounds great to me.
When the Moon Hits Your Eye by John Scalzi - 3/25/25 - Okay, this sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun. I bet Wallace (and Gromit) is already planning a mission to the moon.
Where the Axe is Buried by Ray Nayler - 4/1/25 - I haven't read this author before, but this sounds like it will be outstanding.
Cold Eternity by S.A. Barnes - 4/8/25 - Sci-fi horror is one of my favorite genre combinations and this author does it so well.
Saga, Vol. 12 (Saga #12) by Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples - 4/15/25 - I'm dying for this, but I don't know if I'm mentally prepared!
Alecto the Ninth (The Locked Tomb #4) by Tamsyn Muir - 2025 - There's no official cover yet and no release date yet, but I'm dying to see what happens here!
Red God (Red Rising Saga #7) by Pierce Brown - 2025 - There's no cover or description yet, but this series has been fantastic so far.
What are some upcoming releases you're looking forward to? Are you participating in SciFi Month this year? As always, thanks for visiting my blog and perhaps even commenting down below!
I've only recently heard about Murder by Memory but it sounds really good!
