Happy Saturday everyone! I hope everyone has had a good December so far (and happy early Christmas)! In 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, I took part in the Popsugar Reading Challenge and I'll be back again in 2026 for more reading fun. My choice: Zachary Ying and the Dragon Emperor (Zachary Ying #1) by Xiran Jay Zhao - This sounds like a Rick Riordan style story and it sounds like a fun MG fantasy.

My choice: The Relentless Moon (Lady Astronaut Universe #3) by Mary Robinette Kowal - I don't know why I've been putting off continuing this series off because I loved the style of the previous books.
6. A book with an overweight main character whose story isn't about losing weight
My choice: Pumpkin (Dumplin' #3) by Julie Murphy - I don't know why I never read this one because the other books in the series were pretty nice.

My choice: The Spellshop (Spellshop #1) by Sarah Beth Durst - I've been looking for more cozy fantasy.

My choice: The Miniaturist (The Miniaturist #1) by Jessie Burton - I really liked the miniseries adaptation of this book - I hope I like the source material just as much!

My choice: A Ruse of Shadows (Lady Sherlock #8) by Sherry Thomas - I love this series and I'm hoping to continue it on audiobook since the narrator does such a great job.

My choice: The High King's Tomb (Green Rider #3) by Kristen Britain - The first two books were great and I need to get caught up on the rest of the series soon.

My choice: Onyx Storm (The Empyrean #3) by Rebecca Yarros - Honestly, I'd never heard of a "shadow daddy" before now at all. But, I guess Xaden from this series qualifies.
