Top Ten Tuesday: Book Covers That Give Off Fall Vibes

Book Riot's Read Harder Challenge 2025 - September Update: Annie On My Mind & Even The Darkest Stars

Happy Monday everyone!  I hope everyone's been doing well this month.  I've now completed 18 total tasks for  Book Riot's 2025 Read Harder Challenge .  I completed two tasks in September which required me to read a  banned book and complete a task on Book Riot’s How to Fight Book Bans guides and  the first book in a completed young adult or middle grade duology and   I selected  Annie on My Mind  by Nancy Garden  (my task was working on planning my library display for the upcoming Banned Books Week ) and  Even the Darkest Stars  ( Even the Darkest Stars  #1) by Heather Fawcett ,  Read on to see my mini review and my plans for next month: ❋   ❋  ❋   ❋  ❋ Annie on My Mind  by Nancy Garden  is a book I should have read years ago. Read Around the World Challenge: Europe - September Update

Happy Sunday everyone!  Today, I'm sharing my seventh and final update and mini reviews for my European portion of the  Read Around the World Challenge .  Of the 46 books for the 46 European countries on my original  tbr , I managed to complete 4 in September for a total of 46 completed.  I can't believe I've managed to complete my original challenge tbr!  The challenge website has had some changes/ updates since I created my original tbr, so in regards to it there are now 49 countries and some of the books I selected for the Europe challenge are now classified as other countries in other continents.  All that said, I now have 7 books remaining to complete my challenge.  You can check out my profile here on the challenge website  here  (you can see the my newly available country progress list here ).  Keep reading to see my thoughts on the books I read this month and below I'll also share my tbr to fully complete my Europe challenge...

Magical Readathon: Orilium - Autumn Equinox 2025 - Wrap Up & Mini Reviews

Happy Friday everyone!  Today, I'm sharing my wrap up and mini reviews for my Autumn Equinox 2025 classes at Orilium  for the  Magical Readathon , hosted by  G. @ Book Roast .  You can check out my original tbr here .  This semester I took four courses: Elemental Studies, Inscription, Restoration, and Lore with an O in Elemental Studies, a D in Inscription, an O in Restoration, and a Q in Lore for a grand total of seven books to read.  I completed all of them and I have now officially graduated as a Master Scribe.  I can't wait to pick a new calling for the Spring Equinox of 2026.  Keep reading to see my thoughts on the books I read for this challenge: Elemental Studies O - Stormcall - Water on the cover ❋  ❋  ❋  ❋ The Devil and the Dark Water  by Stuart Turton  is a solid mystery thriller.
