Happy Tuesday everyone! Welcome to the Top Ten Tuesday now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week I'm doing something a bit different for Sci-Fi Month 2019 (Image credit: Photo by Sebastien Decoret on 123RF.com with a quote from This Is How You Lose The Time War by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone). In the spirit of the month, I'm sharing ten Upcoming Sci-Fi Books I'm Excited To Read. Without further ado, here we go in order by release date:
The God Game by Danny Tobey - Release date: January 7th, 2020 - A video game run by an AI that believes it's God? I'm so excited to have been approved for this ARC on NetGalley!
A Beginning at the End by Mike Chen - Release date: January 14, 2020 - After loving Here and Now and Then I'm really excited for pretty much anything this author decides to write.
The Vanished Birds by Simon Jimenez- Release date: January 14, 2019 - Have you read the description? It sounds like it'll be amazing.
Finna by Nino Cipri - Release date: February 25, 2020 - A portal to the multiverse in a big box furniture store? Yes, please!
The First 7 (The Last 8 #2) by Larua Pohl - Release date: March 2020 - I loved the first book in this series and I'm dying to see what happens next!
The Faceless Old Woman Who Secretly Lives In Your Home (Welcome To Night Vale #3) by Joseph Fink and Jeffrey Cranor - Release date: March 24, 2020 - I love the Welcome to Night Vale podcast and so far the tie-in novels have been pretty great. Needless to say, I can't wait to learn more about the Faceless Old Woman.
Bubblegum by Adam Levin - Release date: April 14, 2020 - An alternate present day set book where the internet doesn't exist? Sign me up!
Master Class by Christina Dalcher - Release date: April 21, 2020 - I haven't tried anything by this author yet, but I think this sounds like it could be a great dystopian sci-fi.
Court of Lions (Mirage #2) by Somaiya Daud - Release date: May 5, 2020 (No cover yet) - Mirage, the first book in the series, was a pleasant surprise and I can't wait to see what comes next for Amani and company.
Random Sh*t Flying Through the Air (The Frost Files #2) by Jackson Ford - Release date: June 2020 - Book one was so much fun and I can't wait to see Teagan again!
Are you looking forward to any of these upcoming releases? Are you participating in Sci-Fi Month this year? As always, thanks for visiting my blog and perhaps even commenting down below!
I hope you'll enjoy all of these! I only heard about the Night Vale one, I used to listen to the podcast too.

Thanks! Night Vale is a lot of fun. :)
DeleteGreat list! I want to give Mirage a go - weirdly, while I can get a little bored of books about royalty in fantasy I really like books about royalty in sci-fi? - and The God Game sounds really interesting.
ReplyDeleteThanks! It's definitely worth it - it definitely deserves more attention.
DeleteHappy reading! All of these books look interesting.
