I did very well this holiday season! Which should I read first: The Walled City by Ryan Graudin, Schizo by Nic Sheff, The Girl From Felony Bay by J. E. Thompson, Blue Lily, Lily Blue by Maggie Stiefvater, The Fall by Bethany Griffin, Revival by Stephen King, The School for Good and Evil by Soman Chainani, Something Strange and Deadly by Susan Denard, Ready Player One by Ernest Cline, The Martian by Andy Weir, Red Rising by Pierce Brown, The Rook by Daniel O'Malley, or Grave Mercy by Robin LaFevers?

Ooh, great haul!! I suggest reading Grave Mercy or The Walled City first. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks! I'll definitely take this into consideration. :)
DeleteLoads of those books look very interesting. I haven't read it yet, but I;ve heard loads of great things about Ready Player One. The only book I've read there is The Martian and I was fairly ambivalent towards it. there wasn't much, or any, character development and it got a bit repetitive. It'll be interesting to see what you think of it.
ReplyDeleteI'd really appreciate it if you could check out my newly created blog (http://leaf-on-the-breeze.blogspot.ie/) where I've just posted my Christmas book haul and a couple of album and book reviews.
I've been wanting to read Ready Player One for quite some time now and I really hope it lives up to all of the good things I've heard about it. I've heard mixed reviews on The Martian, but I'm still looking forward to it.
DeleteWow, that's a lot of books! I'd definitely recommend reading Grave Mercy first. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it! ^.^
ReplyDeleteYeah! Mostly that was fueled by gift cards, buy one get one frees, and thrift shopping! :D
DeleteI'm really looking forward to the His Fair Assassin books!
I can't wait to read it! Thanks for the well wishes! :)
