Sci-Fi Month 2019 - 5 Star Books In 5 Words

Happy Saturday everyone!  Today I'm featuring a book tag called 5 Star Books In 5 Words which sounds really fun, especially with a special Sci-Fi Month twist (Image credit: Photo by Sebastien Decoret on 123RF.com with a quote from This Is How You Lose The Time War by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone).  I was tagged by Ronnie @ Paradise Found and the tag was originally created by Matthew Sciarappa.  Thanks for tagging me, Ronnie!

The Rules:

1. Choose 5 books that you gave 5 stars (sci-fi books in this case)
2. Share 5 words that in some way describe why you liked it so much.
3. Give no other explanations of those words. Some of the words may only make sense if you've read it yourself.

My Choices:

Arm of the Sphinx (The Books of Babel #2) by Josiah Bancroft

Ragtag ~ Pirates ~ Ringdoms ~ Librarian ~ Steampunk

The Knife of Never Letting Go (Chaos Walking #1) by Patrick Ness

Noisy ~ Authentic ~ Unfiltered ~ Hopeful ~ Manchee

Ready Player One by Ernest Cline

Columbus ~ References ~ Hunt ~ Geeky ~ Nostalgia

Saga, Vol. 1 by Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples

Art ~ The Will ~ Lying Cat

Vicious (Villains #1) by V.E. Schwab

Complex ~ Morally Gray ~ Clever ~ Victor

Thanks again for tagging me, Ronnie!  If anyone else would like to take part in this tag, feel free and please share your post with me.  Have you read any of these sci-fi books?  As always, thanks for visiting my blog and perhaps even commenting down below!

  5. It's cool you chose a genre for it too! Vicious and The Knife of Never Letting Go are on my TBR, and I've read Ready Player One and Saga Volume 1 and loved them. Good choice of words! Thank you for participating!!
