Andrew Acheson's grandfather has been searching for a cure since a rare blood born pathogen claimed the life of his beloved wife. His grandfather, David, has now been missing for over a year and is presumed to be dead. The rest of the family can't wait to get their hands on his pharmaceutical empire. Andrew's grandfather isn't dead, though, and Andrew will have to find him and deal with his most dangerous invention yet: time travel. Time's Alibi: The Quantum of Jazz Between the Sun and the Grave (bit of a mouthful!) by Husky Harlequin is a great sci-fi novel with a cool time travel hook.
