Top Ten Tuesday: Favorite Books of 2022

Happy Tuesday everyone!  Welcome to the Top Ten Tuesday now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.  This week's topic is Favorite Books of 2022.  I read a lot of books this year, so it was tough to narrow it down to only ten favorites.  Either way, though, these books are at the top of my list.  Without further ado, here we go in alphabetical order:

Babel, Or the Necessity of Violence: An Arcane History of the Oxford Translators' Revolution by R.F. Kuang - This author quickly became a favorite and I'm so glad I decided to give this one a try.

A Good Girl's Guide to Murder (A Good Girl's Guide to Murder #1) by Holly Jackson - I so glad I decided to see what all the hype was about here because that was excellent.

Heartstopper, Volume Four (Heartstopper #4) by Alice Oseman - I love this series so much.  I can't wait for the next volume!

Jade Legacy (The Green Bone Saga #3) by Fonda Lee - This was, in a word, perfection.

Lore Olympus: Volume Three (Lore Olympus Volumes #3) by Rachel Smythe - Honestly, this series has just been getting better and better as it goes a long!

A Man and His Cat, Vol. 7 (A Man and His Cat #7) by Umi Sakurai - This series has just been getting better and better as it goes a long as well.  I'm amazed with every single volume.

Our Crooked Hearts by Melissa Albert - I loved this author's previous series and somehow I loved this even more.

Piranesi by Susanna Clarke -  This is one of those books you'll want to go into blind, and the payoff is awesome.

The Red Palace by June Hur - This was exactly the kind of YA historical history novel I was looking for.  I need to read everything this author has ever written.

Saga, Volume 10 (Saga #10) by Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples - I was so nervous about this, but it was a great return to a favorite series.

What were some of your favorite books of 2022?  Have you read any of the books on my list?  As always, thanks for visiting my blog and perhaps even commenting down below!
