Top Ten Tuesday: Favorite Books Beginning With The Letter V & W

Happy Tuesday everyone!  Welcome to Top Ten Tuesday which is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.  This week's topic is Bookish Discoveries I Made in 2025, but I've decided to continue that series I've been working on with Favorite Books Beginning With The Letter V & W.  I've got quite a few for both, but I've decided to divide up the last five letters of the alphabet into two groups just due to the number of favorites in each letter. Without further ado, here we go in alphabetical order by title:

Vicious (Villains #1) by V.E. Schwab

Vienna Blood (Liebermann Papers #2) by Frank Tallis

Vision in Silver (The Others #3) by Anne Bishop

Voices in the Snow (Black Winter #1) by Darcy Coates

Where the Drowned Girls Go (Wayward Children #7) by Seanan McGuire

The Whispering Skull (Lockwood & Co. #2) by Jonathan Stroud

The Wicked King (The Folk of the Air #2) by Holly Black

Winter (The Lunar Chronicles #4) by Marissa Meyer

Witch Hat Atelier, Vol. 6 (Witch Hat Atelier #6) by Kamome Shirahama

The Woman with Silver Wings: The Inspiring True Story of the Women Airforce Service Pilots of World War II by Katherine Sharp Landdeck

What are some of your favorite books beginning with the letters V & W?  As always, thanks for visiting my blog and perhaps even commenting down below!

  2. The Wicked King is a good book.

Last year's books I read that started with W (I didn't read any books that start with V) were: War Storm, War of the Roses, War of the Twins, and Where the Dark Stands Still.

  6. Ahhh Vicious! I keep meaning to reread that (and get round to actually reading the sequel). And apparently there's a new book supposed to come out this year?!

    1. Yes, and I can't wait! I ought to reread both book one and two myself since they were both awesome.

  9. You're getting into the tricky letters! I really liked Where the Drowned Girls Go, and Witch Hat Atelier (although I've only read the first one, good to know it stays strong).
