Magical Readathon: Orilium - Choose Your Own Adventure: Year In Aeldia 2026, The Boardgame - January Update

Happy Sunday everyone! Today I'm sharing my thoughts on the book I read in January for Choose Your Own Adventure: Year In Adelia 2026, The Boardgame, an additional challenge to G. @ Book Roast's Magical Readathon.  This year's board is the same as last year, but the goal is to take a different path than last year.  You can see my full tbr here.  Without further ado, check out my mini review below:

The Silverblood Promise (The Last Legacy #1) by James Logan is a book I shouldn't have put off for so long. I have a feeling this series could become a favorite. I really enjoyed the world building most in this story. There's so much more I want to know about. It did take me a minute to warm up to the characters though. This almost helped fill that Locke Lamora sized hole while I'm waiting for that next installment there. At least I don't have to wait for the sequel of this novel!

My choice: The City Beautiful by Aden Polydoros - I've been meaning to try this author for ages now.  This has been on my shelf for way too long.
