Music Monday: Firekid

Happy Monday everyone and welcome to my third Music Monday! Let's share some songs we've been enjoying lately! If you would like to play and I really hope you do, please see the rules and link up below.

Rules:

Every Monday share one or two of songs you've been enjoying lately.  It doesn't have to be a specific genre, new, or one of your favorites - just something you'd like to share with others.  If possible, share a music or lyric video of the song and your thoughts on the song(s), artist(s), and/or music video(s).

If you would like to participate in Music Monday, please join the link up at the bottom of this post by sharing your post's url.

Finally, have fun sharing and discovering new to you music!

This week I'm spotlighting a couple of songs that I've really been enjoying for the past few weeks.  Looking forward to hearing more by Firekid.  And listening to all of the covers of "The Peanut Vendor" that I can find.

"Magic Mountain" by Firekid - This unique song is incredibly addictive.  Give it a listen and you'll see what I mean!

"Peanut Vendor" by Stan Kenton and His Orchestra - I think I could listen to this all day!  Just listen to the brass!

    1. I know, right! It pops up fairly regularly on Alt Nation, if you have access to SiriusXM.

  6. This is such an awesome idea for a meme! I've been doing Friday playlists over on my blog, but it's tricky to think of a topic every week - this is a much nicer idea :)
