Music Monday: The Lighthouse (2019)

Happy Monday everyone and welcome back to Music Monday! Let's share some songs we've been enjoying lately!  If you would like to play and I really hope you do, please see the rules and link up below.

Rules:

Every Monday share a few songs you've been enjoying lately.  It doesn't have to be a specific genre, new, or one of your favorites - just something you'd like to share with others.  If possible, share a music or lyric video of the song and your thoughts on the song(s), artist(s), and/or music video(s).

If you would like to participate in Music Monday, please join the link up by sharing your post's url.

Happy Monday and welcome to Music Monday everyone! For the entire month of October, I'll be featuring music to get us in the Halloween spirit. This week I'm spotlighting music from the soundtrack of The Lighthouse (2019), directed by Robert Eggers and music by Mark Korven.  If you haven't seen it, the movie isn't one to be missed.  It's one you want to go into knowing as little about it as possible.  I don't know about you, but I'm looking forward to whatever Robert Eggers does next.  Give a listen to Arrival, Murder/ Mermaid/ Heavy Labour, and Stranded

  2. Ooh I like the sound of this. I'm assuming there's a mermaid element, and from the sound of the music perhaps a spooky vibe as well, haha!

  4. I feel like I should jump in on this prompt since I'm a musician, ha! I haven't seen The Lighthouse yet. The music sounds fantastic. Movie composers sure have their work cut out for them.
