Happy Tuesday everyone! Welcome to Top Ten Tuesday of 2022 which hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week's topic is New-to-Me Authors I Discovered in 2021. I found quite a few great new-to-me authors in 2021, but these ten impressed me the most. Here we go, in alphabetical order by last name:
Have you read anything from these authors? Who are some of you favorite new-to-you authors you discovered last year? As always, thanks for visiting my blog and perhaps even commenting down below!
I must be living with my head in a hole. I haven't heard of any of these except Trung Le Nguyen. My list this week
ReplyDeleteNow you have some ideas for others to try out. :)
DeleteNope, I don't know any of these! But I'm sure they are worth discovering at some or other stage.
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT!

Heartstopper is definitely delightful. I hope you enjoy her work!
DeleteI haven't read any of these authors' works, sadly. Anna Elliott's books sound really interesting with their tie-in to some of the classics. I have both Slay and I'm Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter on my TBR shelf and definitely plan to read those. I know House of Hollow made several people's favorites list so I may have to give Krystal Sutherland's work a try at some point. Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThanks for coming over. I hope you give some of these a try.
DeleteI've not read any of these but have heard only good things about Osman. Happy reading! My TTT https://readwithstefani.com/2021-reading-year-in-review/
ReplyDeleteThanks, Stefani!
DeleteI love Alice Oseman! I just read Heartstopper vol. 4 yesterday! SO good. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to that one myself! Thanks for coming over, Leslie.
DeleteI've read Alice Oseman but the one book I read of hers, Radio Silence, wasn't for me!

I need to read that one myself to test it out, but I have enjoyed Heartstopper. :)
DeleteI've only heard of Stephen Graham Jones. I really need to check my library for his book 'The Only Good Indians'.
ReplyDeleteI hope you find it!
DeleteI discovered Stephen Graham Jones in 2020 and since then I've read five of his books😁
ReplyDeleteI don't blame you, he's great!
DeleteStephen Graham Jones is definitely on my list of authors I need to explore, although I'm a wimp when it comes to the horror end of the reading shelf...
ReplyDeleteBrace yourself. :)
DeleteOut of these authors I've only read Brittney Morris and Alice Oseman. I definitely want to read books by the others though :)
