Books From The Backlog: Grave Matters (Lord Danvers Investigates #2) by Donna Fletcher Crow

Happy Thursday everyone! Welcome back to Books from the Backlog, the weekly linkup I'm taking part of which is hosted by Carole's Random Life in Books.  This is a great way to put a spotlight on books that I've had sitting on my shelf for awhile.  I don't know when I'll get to my weekly featured book, but I hope to some time hopefully soon.

This Week's Neglected Book:

Published: 1994

Genre: Historical Mystery

My Copy:

Format: Trade Paperback

Pages: 229

Where I Acquired It: A yard sale

Summary (From Goodreads):

Lady Antonia discovers a body at the opening of the Great Exhibition, in the presence of Queen Victoria, no less. The newly married Lord and Lady Danvers put all such unpleasantness behind them, though, as they sail off in his aerostat for a secluded honeymoon in Scotland. Until the shades of grave robbers a generation earlier come back to haunt them.

Why Did I Add It?

I've never read anything by this author let alone the first book in the series, but this really caught my eye at that yard sale.  If it's good, I'll have to check out the other books in the series.

Have you read this or would you read it?  Would you recommend it to me?  As always, thanks for visiting my blog and perhaps even commenting down below!
