If you haven't already guessed, today's my birthday - happy birthday to me! There's plenty of virtual cake and ice cream, balloons, and confetti to go around!
Let's get to what you all came for - the giveaway (int). Since I haven't hosted my own giveaway in ages, I thought I'd do up my birthday in awesome bookish fashion with an international giveaway of one of my favorite sequels of released this summer, A Reaper at the Gates (An Ember in the Ashes #3) by Sabaa Tahir - here is my review, if you're interested in seeing my thoughts.

ReplyDeleteMy fave read this year... ooh, can't narrow it down to just one. Off the top of my head, my fave published-in-2018 books are The Cruel Prince and Truly Devious, and my favorite read-in-2018 ones are Ember in the Ashes books 1+2 (I'm late to the party, I know) and Tash Hearts Tolstoy.

ReplyDeleteI re-read Uprooted which is one of my favorites but my favorite new read this year might have been Sky in the Deep (but there were so many good ones I will probably give you a different answer if you ask me in an hour!)

ReplyDeleteI already have A Reaper at the Gates so I'm not entering the contest, but it was one of my favorite books so far this year (along with the other two in the series... I read all three in three days)! I also liked The Midnight Star, because Marie Lu... it's a long story as to why I didn't read it before this January.
I love The Young Elites series, especially on audio book. :)
