Sci-Fi Month 2022 - Top Ten Tuesday: Best Sci-Fi Books I've Read So Far This Year

Happy Tuesday everyone!  For today's Top Ten Tuesday hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl, in honor of Sci-Fi Month 2022 hosted by Lisa @ Dear Geek Place and Imyril @ One More (Image credit: Artwork by Simon Fetscher), I'm featuring the Best Sci-Fi Books I've Read So Far This Year.  Without further ado, let's get to it:

Dead Silence by S.A. Barnes

Iron Widow (Iron Widow #1) by Xiran Jay Zhao

Light From Uncommon Stars by Ryka Aoki

Light Years From Home by Mike Chen

Lucas on the Line (Stranger Things #5) by Suyi Davies

Martha in the Mirror (Doctor Who: New Series Adventures #22) by Justin Richards

Mem by Bethany C. Morrow

The Memory Librarian: And Other Stories of the Dirty Computer by Janelle Monae

Prisoner of the Daleks (Doctor Who: New Series Adventures #33) by Trevor Baxendale

Sea of Tranquility by Emily St. John Mandel

Have you read any of these books?  Are you taking part in Sci-Fi Month this year?  As always, thanks for visiting my blog and perhaps even commenting down below!

  1. I haven't read any of these, but I did read a different book with the same title as The Sea of Tranquility.

  2. An interesting list 🙂

    Have a great week!

  3. I'm about halfway through The Iron Widow, and I'm still not sure how I feel about it. I love the premise but keep finding myself hung up on the societal expectations.

  4. I almost picked up Dead Silence for October, but I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I'll put it higher on my TBR. Great list!

  5. Not a huge scifi reader - mostly because I don't know what to read. Some of these sound like good starting points. Good list....

  6. Awesome list! I'll be doing a top ten list like this at the end of the month, and Sea of Tranquility will definitely be on it😁

  7. What?? I had no idea there were Stranger Things books. Is the series based on books or vice versa? Are they any good? I might have to check them out since I love the series so much.

    Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!

    1. Yep, of the five they've released I've read 4 and for the most part they've been great. Hope you enjoy.
