Sci-FI Month 2021 - Music Monday: Bill & Ted

Happy Music Monday everyone!  Today, in honor of Sci-Fi Month 2021 (Image credit: Photo by Liu Zishan on 123RF.com with a quote from Babylon's Ashes by James S.A. Corey), I'm sharing some sci-fi inspired music.

Rules:

Every Monday share a few songs you've been enjoying lately.  It doesn't have to be a specific genre, new, or one of your favorites - just something you'd like to share with others.  If possible, share a music or lyric video of the song and your thoughts on the song(s), artist(s), and/or music video(s).

If you would like to participate in Music Monday, please join the link up by sharing your post's url.

This week I'm featuring one segment from each of the three Bill & Ted movies.  The mall scene from the first film for Beethoven's keyboard playing, the end credit scene from the second film featuring "God Gave Rock and Roll to You", and the Mozart vs Jimi Hendrix scene from the third film.  All three of these movies are a lot of fun and it was nice to revisit them again this year and to have the chance to see Bill & Ted Face the Music.  The Mozart vs. Jimi Hendrix scene's a real gem!

  1. Ah Bill & Ted. Nice. :) I have to go and listen to the KISS version of God Gave Rock and Roll To You now.

  2. I actually haven't watched any of the Bill & Ted movies. The keyboard playing scene was great though, and I might have to eventually check them out. Have a great week!
