My Name in TBR Books Tag

I was tagged by Marina @ Books of Magic to complete this fun little tag.  Thanks, Marina!  If you haven't visit her blog before, I definitely recommend paying her corner of the internet a visit.  Now, on to the tag, according to the rules I need to spell out my first name and my blog's name using book titles on my tbr.  Alright, then, here we go:

LAUREN

L - Legendary (Caraval #2) by Stephanie Garber - This is actually going to be one of my next reads - I managed to get approved for an ARC on NetGalley and I can't wait to see what's in store!

A - All The Crooked Saints by Maggie Stiefvater - I have no idea why I haven't already read this yet - it's even by one of my favorite authors!  Soon, soon.

U - Unbound (Magic Ex Libris #3) by Jim C. Hines - This series is so cool and it features a librarian as the main character!  I want to get to it for the #BeatTheBacklist Challenge soon.

R - Raising Steam (Discworld #40) by Terry Pratchett - Moist von Lipwig is one of my favorite Discworld characters and I absolutely need to read his third outing.

E - Everless (Everless #1) by Sara Holland - This was one of my most anticipated books of the first part of this year, so it's about time I get to it.

N - Nice Try, Jane Sinner by Lianne Oelke - I picked up an ARC of this at a library book sale early this year and I'm hoping to get to it pretty soon.

ALWAYS ME

A - Allegedly by Tiffany D. Jackson - I won a copy of this and for some reason I still haven't read it even though I've heard such fantastic things about it.  I'll get there!

L - Leviathan Wakes (The Expanse #2) by James A. Corey - I've heard so many great things about this book and the tv adaptation and I'm hoping to get to my paperback copy on my shelf soon.

W - Wax by Gina Damico - I won a copy of this novel from the author during the Spring 2018 YASH and I can't wait to dive into her story.  Thanks, Gina!

A - Ash and Quill (The Great Library #3) by Rachel Caine - I absolutely adored the first two books in this series and I'm so excited to continue on with it!

Y - Yesterday by Cat Winters - Cat Winters is one of my favorite historical fantasy authors and I'm excited to try this novel.

S - The Silkworm (Cormoran Strike #2) by Robert Galbraith - Book one was so addicting and I can't wait to see where the characters go.  I'm planning to get to it for the #BeatTheBacklist Challenge soon.

M - Murder of Crows (The Others #2) by Anne Bishop - Book one in this series was so awesome and I can't wait to continue this series.  I'm also hoping to get to it for the #BeatTheBacklist Challenge.

E - The Eye of the World (The Wheel of Time #1) by Robert Jordan - I've been told that I need to read this so many times in the last decade. Well, I just recently picked up a copy and I'll finally be able to see what all the fuss is about!

Have you read any of the books on my tbr?  Which of them should I pick up first?  Since I don't know who has completed this tag already, I'm not going to nominate anyone though if you want to try it for yourself please feel free.

  6. I remember starting Yesternight FOREVER ago and I have no idea why I never finished it! I loved the first half of the book so I'm hoping to get my hands on another copy soon to finish it :) And you can't deny that cover is absolutely gorgeous. I read Eye of the World a couple years ago and I thought it was really good! I'm interested to hear what you think of it, Lauren :)

  7. I've only read Everless from this list, and it was ~not~ an enjoyable read, at least for me. Hopefully you'll like it better, though! And I really need to start the Caraval books--those covers are just to die for! ♥
