Sunday Funday: Favorite Books A - Z

Happy Sunday everyone!  I hope everyone's had a great week and are enjoying their weekend.  Today I'm sharing my answers to a fun post I saw over on Books, Bones & Buffy.  By the way, Tammy's one of my favorite bloggers, so if you haven't visited her blog before I definitely recommend checking it out.  Anyway, I'm sharing one of my favorite books for each letter of the alphabet.  This was such a tough call to choose only one per letter, but these are some of my favorites - so have been on that list for ages but others have recently made the cut.  But let's be honest, you could ask me again tomorrow and I might give you completely different answers.  Without further ado, here we go (the title will be linked either to my review or to Goodreads):

An Alchemy of Masques and Mirrors by Curtis Craddock

Borderline by Mishell Baker

The Complete Sherlock Holmes by Arthur Conan Doyle

A Darker Shade of Magic by V. E. Schwab

Educated by Tara Westover

Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell

Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett

Hounded by Kevin Hearne

Ink and Bone by Rachel Caine

Jackaby by William Ritter

The Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness

The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch

My Family and Other Animals by Gerald Durrell

Night Film by Marisha Pessl

Only the Dead Know Burbank by Bradford Tatum

The Princess Bride by William Goldman

Quidditch Through the Ages by J.K. Rowling, narrated by Andrew Lincoln

Rebecca by Daphne DuMaurier

So You Want to be a Wizard by Diane Duane

Titanshade by Dan Stout

Unbound by Jim C. Hines

Vicious by V.E. Schwab

Winger by Andrew Smith

X - I can't think anything starting with an X since I've started on Goodreads or blogging, but I know I've read some X-Men comics in the past.  I just can't actually remember which ones of the top of my head.

You by Caroline Kepnes, narrated by Santino Fontana

Zero World by Jason M. Hough

Have you read any of these books?  What are some of you favorites?  If you'd like to share you favorites, feel free to jump in -just share your post with me in the comments!  As always, thanks for visiting my blog and perhaps even commenting down below!

  1. Great list! We have several that are the same. I'm actually posting a "male" author list this week and Zero World and Titanshade both made the cut. Thanks for your sweet words, Lauren😁
