Happy Monday everyone!  This week I'm spotlighting some of my favorites from the Netflix tv series, Dead Boy Detectives (2024).  This spin-off of The Sandman (a couple of the character from that series appear!) has quickly become an all time favorite and I really hope it gets renewed for a second season.  If you haven't watched it yet I can't recommend it enough.  Check out the opening titles (definitely a never skip - I love all of the details like how you can tell which skeleton belongs to Charles and which to Edwin!), Natural Successor by Pictish Trail (appears in episode 2 when Esther makes Monty human), Owner of a Lonely Heart by Yes (appears in episode 3 - it's part of the ghost loop at the Devlin house and is used to great effect), Young Blood (White Sea Remix) by The Naked and Famous (appears in episode 4 while Niko opens the letters from her mom while spending time with Edwin - this was completely new to me and I love the sound), and Under the Milky Way by The Church (appears in episode 7 - this is playing during the flashbacks when Charles and Edwin first met).  What are some of your favorite songs featured in this show?
