Top Ten Tuesday: Books I'd Love To See As Movies/ TV Shows

Tuesday, again - how time flies!  The theme this week for Top Ten Tuesday, a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, is a great one: Books I'd Love To See As Movies/ TV Shows.  I know I've probably mentioned some of these on this list before now, but I would love to see adaptations of them!  Here we go, in alphabetical order:

All Our Yesterdays by Cristin Terrill

The Cal Leandros series by Rob Thurman

A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab

The Iron Druid Chronicles by Kevin Hearne

The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer

Magic Ex Libris series by Jim C. Hines

The Monstrumologist series by Rick Yancey

Shutter by Courtney Alameda

A Thousand Pieces of You by Claudia Gray

Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas

This was a very difficult list to keep to ten!  So, what do you think of it?  Would you like to see any of these on the big or small screen?  Until next Tuesday!

  10. I've only read Cinder, and while I enjoyed it, I think I would enjoy a movie more haha! Which doesn't usually turn out to be the case.

  16. We have a book in common! *s*

I'd adore an Iron Druids TV show and think that A Thousand Pieces of You could play out nicely on the big screen. Good choices!

  17. Great list! I've seen The Lunar Chronicles around a lot, but I haven't seen Throne of Glass before. That would be an awesome series/movie. If they had the right cast anyways.

  23. I have kind of a complicated relationship with the Iron Druid Chronicles but it would make such a great TV series!

  24. I think A Thousand Pieces of You would make a great movie! As well as Cinder and Throne of Glass - though I think the latter would make an amazing tv series rather than movie.

  25. Throne of Glass would be EPIC. Like the YA version of the Game of Thrones series I reckon. xD And I want to read Shutter, so so bad. But I'll definitely take it as a movie if it's as creepy as it looks. Can Tim Burton direct?!! XD
Thanks for stopping by @ Paper Fury!

  32. Yes to 'All Our Yesterdays'! The time travel, parallel stories and that ending, they're made for a movie. Someone has got to get on this as soon as possible.
